Horizontal boring machines

Horizontal boring machine with a classic cross arrangement of beds in the shape of a "T" with a working headstock equipped with an extendable spindle. Thanks to the large diameter of the spindle, it is possible to perform both very demanding roughing milling operations and productive drilling, including deep drilling, boring and finishing, as well as geometrically demanding surfaces. Complete programming of manufactured parts is prepared in CAM with frequent use of automatic machine kinematics, including milling head kinematics. This approach ensures high accuracy of manufactured parts. The machine mostly produces welded parts, sheet metal, cast iron parts, both from steel, cast iron and also, for example, from aluminum, in terms of quantity, both piece and serial.

WHQ 105 CNC I.
Horizontal bed-type boring machine with cross slide moving along the bed. Thanks to the R4 high-speed headstock and relatively robust spindle mounting, roughing operations can be performed in hard-to-reach areas of machined parts, even with the useful slenderness of the work spindle. A great advantage over the standard design is the increased working speed, thanks to which drilling can be done very productively, including deep drilling, 3D shape milling operations can be performed, and when using the machine's kinematics in all axes, high accuracy of machined parts can be achieved. The machine is mostly used to produce welded parts, sheet metal, cast iron parts, both from steel, cast iron and also, for example, from aluminum, in both piece and serial quantities.

Horizontal boring machine of classic cross arrangement with a "T"-shaped bed with a working headstock equipped with an extendable spindle. The headstock is mounted in the center of the machine stand, which significantly improves the accuracy and rigidity parameters of the machine. All moving groups are mounted on linear guides, which allows for a much higher feed rate. Increasing the speed parameters will enable greater technological capabilities of the machine. The machine is intended in operation mainly for finishing milling operations, productive drilling, including deep drilling, boring and finishing, as well as surfaces with complex geometric shapes. Complete programming of manufactured parts is prepared in CAM with frequent use of automatic machine kinematics, including milling head kinematics. This approach ensures high accuracy of manufactured parts. The machine mostly produces welded parts, sheet metal, cast iron parts, both from steel, cast iron and also, for example, from aluminum, in both piece and serial quantities.

Portal Center
Portal Center WVM 2600 T
Table-top portal machining center. The complete structure is made of cast iron or cast steel castings, which guarantees high rigidity, accuracy and very good parameters of the achieved surface quality of the machined parts. All axes are mounted on linear guides and pinions and racks in a MASTER-SLAVE arrangement are used as drives for the X, Y axes. The Z axis is driven by a ball screw. The milling head is locked into the Hirth gearing when positioned. The complete covering of the machine and the wide range of working angles of the milling head and large working strokes allow the machine to be used for a very wide range of technological operations. Machining can be performed on plate parts, welded parts, castings and also blanks of considerable size and weight. Parts can be machined from five sides in one clamping and, thanks to the two-axis milling head, in a wide range of directions. The machine can perform milling, drilling and boring operations using high-pressure cooling emulsion, air and lubricating mist cooling.

This is a machine with a fully cast iron structure, a bar material feeder and, for serial production, also with a scoop for removing finished parts from the machine's working area. Thanks to the 15-position head with all driven positions, it is possible to machine even very complex parts of both piece and serial production requiring many tools. For longer products, an automatic tailstock can also be used.

Band saw
The band saw is mainly used in production for preparing blanks for MAZAK turning centers. It can be used for efficient and fast cutting in both automatic (automatic blank feed) and manual mode. Cutting of blanks can also be offered as a service upon agreement.

Edge beveling machine
